How do I get to Rocket Arena?

Located in downtown Cleveland, Rocket Arena sits 1/4 mile from all major freeways. Visit the Directions & Parking page to get detailed driving directions from your house to Rocket Arena.

Where can I park when attending a Rocket Arena Event?

Located in downtown Cleveland, Rocket Arena sits 1/4 mile from all major freeways. The Gateway East Garage and JACK Cleveland Casino Garage are two on-site garages that accommodate 3,300 cars.

Both garages are accessible and have multiple passenger elevators to access the venue at ground level while the Gateway East Garage has a connecting bridge that leads directly into the facility. The bridge can be accessed off Garage Level 3 from the elevators. Guests must have event tickets to enter the venue via the bridge. Other parking options include a variety of surface lots located within a five- to ten-minute walk of the Arena.

How can I get parking passes for Rocket Arena events?

Parking passes for the Gateway East Garage can be purchased in advance at the Rocket Arena Box Office. Parking passes are not available for individual Cavaliers games.

How can I purchase tickets for an event at Rocket Arena?

What are the Box Office hours?

The SeatGeek Box Office hours vary depending on the season and whether it is an event date or not. For a schedule of box office hours, visit the Ticket Information page. On event days, the SeatGeek Box Office is open until the end of intermission.

What if the event/show is postponed?

In the event of an event or show being postponed, all ticketholders may use their original tickets for admittance to the rescheduled date. If customers are unable to attend the rescheduled date they may request a refund on their ticket purchase. For more information, please call our Rocket Arena Event Information line at (216) 420-2200.

All refund requests must be handled in person at the Rocket Arena box office or by mail. Refund requests must be received by Rocket Arena before the day of the rescheduled show. Any refund request received after the rescheduled date will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the original ticket order was placed. Credit card orders will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

How can I cancel my ticket order?

There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. All sales are final. You can, however, sell your tickets via Rocket Arena’s electronic ticketing service, 

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under the age of two do not require a ticket for a Rocket Arena event. However, they cannot occupy a seat and must remain on a ticket holder’s lap for the duration of the event. Children two-years-old and older require tickets for admission to the arena.

How can I get backstage passes to a show?

Rocket Arena does not issue backstage passes for shows and events.

Dining / Food

What dining options does Rocket Arena offer?

Rocket Arena has a variety of excellent on-site restaurants as well as several food and beverage options available at the Aramark concession stands on the concourses. Visit the Rocket Arena dining page for more details on these dining options.

Can I bring food into Rocket Arena?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Rocket Arena. Exceptions are made for medical reasons, baby food and reasonable children’s snacks (crackers, raisins, juice boxes, etc.)

What should I know about security at Rocket Arena?

At Rocket Arena, creating a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees is a high priority. The venue has trained guest service representatives and security personnel on site at every event. How can I share a personal announcement during an event at Rocket Arena?

Cavs
The Cavaliers provide in-game announcements displayed on the in-arena corner boards during halftime for a $25 donation. Proceeds will go to the Cavaliers Community Foundation and requests must be submitted Monday-Friday, at least 72 hours before tipoff.

Monsters
The Monsters provide in-game announcements (i.e. birthdays or anniversaries) displayed on the Humongotron during the first intermission for a $25 donation. Proceeds will go to the Monsters charities. Contact the Monsters front office at 216-420-0000 within 72 hours in advance of your request to speak to a representative.

Other
For non-Cavaliers & Monsters events, Rocket Arena is not responsible for handling personal announcements. If you have a request, please click here to submit your information to our contact us form. Announcements and it will be forwarded to the event promoter. Rocket Arena does not guarantee a response from the promoter.

Cashless Purchases

Cash is not accepted as a form of payment at Rocket Arena. All purchases must be made with a valid debit or credit card, or mobile wallet options like Apple Pay or Google Pay. Money may be exchanged for gift cards at these five reverse ATM locations located inside Rocket Arena:

  • Box Office located near the Cleveland-Cliffs entrance
  • Sherwin-Williams entrance near free-standing Cavs Shield
  • Outside the main Team Shop located on the Street Level
  • Street Level near Portal 27
  • Loudville near Portal 74
