Ohio Educator Appreciation Day

Join us for Ohio Educator Appreciation Night at the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday, January 25th vs Houston Rockets. Every educator that attends will receive an Ohio educator tote lunch bag. The Ohio Teacher of the year will be recognized on the court during the pregame. There will drawings for educators to participate in a few Cavs fan experiences. Other games that will be included for an educator discount will be Friday, November 15th vs Chicago Bulls, Sunday, February 2nd vs Dallas Mavericks, Friday, February 21st vs New York Knicks, and Sunday, March 2nd vs Portland Trail Blazers. Come out and support Ohio Educators and cheer on our Cleveland Cavaliers.

What is Rocket Arena Advantage?

What is SeatGeek (and how do I redeem my tickets?)

SeatGeek is now the Official Ticketing Partner of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Rocket Arena. SeatGeek is an industry leader with a fan-friendly and forward-thinking approach towards ticket management, fan-to-fan sharing, and access. The new ticketing experience will create an exciting and improved experience.

You must first set up your SeatGeek Account Manager. This is your personalized one-stop shop on SeatGeek where you'll be able to access and transfer your seats.

Then for entry into the Arena on an event night, please make sure to have the SeatGeek app downloaded on your phone. You will be directed to scan the QR code associated with your seats for a touchless entry.

How can I cancel my ticket order?

There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on ticket purchases.  All sales are final.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under the age of two do not require a ticket for a Rocket Arena event. However, they cannot occupy a seat and must remain on a ticket holder’s lap for the duration of the event. Children two-years-old and older require tickets for admission to the arena.

Where can I park when attending a Rocket Arena Event?

The Gateway East Garage and JACK Casino Garage are two on-site garages that accommodate 3,300 cars. The Gateway East Garage is connected to Rocket Arena via a covered walkway. In addition, more than 17,000 parking spaces are available within a five-to ten-minute walk to Rocket Arena.
