PLEASE NOTE: The Mid-American Conference has cancelled the remainder of our 2020 MAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will receive communication regarding a credit toward the 2021 MAC Tournament or to receive a full refund. All refunds will be done automatically to the credit card provided at checkout, if selected. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for the refund to hit your account.

PARKING UPDATE: The Gateway East Garage is now cashless, requiring credit or debit cards for entry. Event parking prices will now vary by event, and visitors should allow extra time for traffic and potential delays. The mobile parking pass process remains unchanged.
ARENA UPGRADES: Rocket Arena is undergoing upgrades to support fan transportation. This will temporarily impact elevator access starting with one of the four-bank elevators located on the Street Level near Portal 29. More information available here
