Cavaliers vs. Philadelphia 76ers

The state of Ohio recently announced new guidelines for all indoor sports venues in the state to accommodate up to 25% of regular seating capacity. In order to maintain the extensive health and safety protocols and elements at the Arena, including the continued requirement of having six feet of social distancing between seating pods, our new fan attendance capacity is 4,100 per game.

PLEASE NOTE: A COVID-19 symptom self-screening must be completed by all fans prior to their arrival at Rocket Arena. All ticketed fans will be prompted via the Cavs or SeatGeek mobile app to access a COVID-19 survey 24-hours in advance of their ticketed event. Surveys must be completed for every ticket on the account.

PARKING UPDATE: The Gateway East Garage is now cashless, requiring credit or debit cards for entry. Event parking prices will now vary by event, and visitors should allow extra time for traffic and potential delays. The mobile parking pass process remains unchanged.

ARENA UPGRADES: Rocket Arena is undergoing upgrades to support fan transportation. This will temporarily impact elevator access starting with one of the four-bank elevators located on the Street Level near Portal 29. More information available here
