CANCELLED: Alan Jackson

Country music superstar Alan Jackson’s concert at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, OH – previously scheduled for July 10, 2021 – is being cancelled.

Previously-purchased tickets for this concert will be refunded. This includes tickets for both the 2021 date and an originally scheduled July 2020 performance that was postponed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Refunds will be automatically processed to the original method of payment. No action is required by the ticketholder.

PARKING UPDATE: The Gateway East Garage is now cashless, requiring credit or debit cards for entry. Event parking prices will now vary by event, and visitors should allow extra time for traffic and potential delays. The mobile parking pass process remains unchanged.

ARENA UPGRADES: Rocket Arena is undergoing upgrades to support fan transportation. This will temporarily impact elevator access starting with one of the four-bank elevators located on the Street Level near Portal 29. More information available here
